This Privacy Policy explains how Face Fresh UAE (“we”, “us”), which operates the online store facefresh.ae, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order or contact us. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws.
1. What personal data we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order, create an account, join our newsletter or contact us.
- Order details: the products you buy, order value, order history and any notes you add.
- Messages: the content of emails, WhatsApp chats, calls and feedback forms you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not collect or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
2. How we use your data
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To reply to your questions and give product advice.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To send offers and news, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.

3. Who we share your data with
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is needed, with:
- Delivery partners, so they can deliver your order.
- Stripe, our payment provider, to process card payments securely.
- IT, email and website service providers that host our store and send our emails.
- Analytics and advertising partners, using cookie data, where you have allowed it.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we work with providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
4. Payments and your card statement
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank or card statement may show the name of our payment account rather than “Face Fresh”. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email care@facefresh.com with your order number.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure website traffic and, where allowed, show relevant offers. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the store, such as the cart, from working.
6. Marketing messages
If you subscribe, we may send you emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. You will still receive messages about your orders.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under UAE law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop or limit certain uses of your data, including marketing;
- withdraw any consent you have given.

9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limited staff access. No online system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
10. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
