These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of facefresh.ae and to every order you place with us. The store is operated by Face Fresh UAE (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery page, which form part of these terms.
1. Who can order
facefresh.ae sells to customers in the United Arab Emirates only. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.
2. Products and information
We sell original Face Fresh, Easy Fresh and Yusma products. We work hard to show accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, sizes and photos, but packaging can change and colours may look slightly different on screen. Product information is for general guidance and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether a product suits you, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist first.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).
- Delivery is free on every UAE order, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
- We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when your payment is completed and we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control, such as weather or courier delays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
7. Discount codes and offers
- Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined.
- Discounts apply to products only.
- Each code is valid only during its stated dates. Offers linked to moon sighting or local calendars may run over two days.
- Personal codes sent by email are for your own use and may be limited to one use.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be added after an order is placed.
- We may cancel a code or an order if a code is shared publicly or misused.
8. Using our website
All text, photos, logos and designs on facefresh.ae belong to Face Fresh or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or placing false orders.
9. Safe use of products
Always read the label and the directions on the product page. Do a patch test before first use, especially with hair removal products and products with active ingredients, and stop using any product that causes irritation.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for providing products that match their description and are fit for normal use. To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, by not following the directions, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
