How to wash your face properly

1. Use lukewarm water, not hot.
2. A pea-sized amount is enough.
3. Massage for 30–60 seconds, then rinse well.
4. Pat dry and apply serum or moisturiser within a minute.
5. Wash twice a day, and again after sport or a sweaty day outdoors.
