Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. This store ships within the UAE only, so checkout accepts UAE addresses only.
What delivery costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every UAE order, whether you buy one soap or a full routine. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
How long delivery takes
Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days to addresses across the UAE. If you need your order by a specific date, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you whether we can make it.

When your parcel arrives
Every pack leaves us sealed. Before you open or use anything, check that the seal is intact and the product matches your order. If the seal is broken, the carton is damaged or something is missing, take a photo and contact us first. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains what happens next.
